Walking barefoot inside the temple

Everyone is expected to remove their footwear before entering a temple.  I did that too but when I came out I could not find my pair  In bigger temples thousands of pairs will be seen haphazardly placed outside. 

It is time some system is introduced so that searching for our footwear becomes easy. There is also the prospect of footwear getting robbed. 

Mine was a new pair and obviously whoever had an eye on it were the winners.
