The vaccine for immunity to disease

Last weekend I witnessed the medical mission of my sister-in-law in the province. There were 14 people who were vaccinated for pneumonia and flu. When I was offered the vaccine, I declined. It was free so they are wondering why I declined.

The vaccine is a form of the virus. Maybe it is a little amount to tease the white blood of the body to fight it. When the white blood develops antibodies to fight the virus then the body becomes immune. That is great. But there are side effects so I refused.

  • Do you get a vaccine shot?

    • Yes
    • No
    • only for the flu
