The sandwich as a meal

It is common for people who are on a diet to have sandwich for the meal instead of the usual rice and viand. The sandwich has less calories and gaining weight is not an issue. But the sandwich should be healthy at least.

The egg or omelet is the usual sandwich that I have because it is easy to prepare. With some cucumber the sandwich is nice to eat and good for appeasing the hunger. But I admit that I cannot eat sandwich every day. I also need rice.
