Homes usually have the toilet and bath which is important for hygiene and sanitation. When there is on toilet the dirt would be just outside. That is common in the depressed areas where homes have no toilet and bathroom.
For a bathroom and toilet, there should be ample water supply preferably in the tap. It is not easy to fetch water for purposes of the said room. When there is good water supply then the hygiene and sanitation are somehow guaranteed.
