The prawns on noodles

I had the experience of eating this unique dish of prawns resting on Chinese noodles. They say that it is not a common dish because it is reserved for the royalty. That means I was eating like a prince huh. Maybe I could agree because the presentation is neat as can be seen in the picture.

After getting one piece of the prawn and a spoonful of noodles, it was time for the evaluation. Oh, oh, the prawn tasted a bit good but not really delicious and I find the combination of the prawn and noodles as wanting in more spices or seasoning. Maybe the chef had forgotten something? It’s sad because it was a very classy restaurant.
