The kids should also wear a face mask

I have noticed in our neighborhood that toddlers are playing in the street. There is a quarantine rule against minors and seniors from going out of the house. They can be arrested for playing in the street but who will arrest them? With the  issue of safety I don’t see them wearing a face mask.

I have already given the neighbors a box of 50 face masks to divide among themselves. They know that I gave that for the kids although I see that the adults are using those face masks. I hope no kid would be infected by covid.
