I have always loved psychology and philosophy. I think we constantly learn about life.

As we work on ourselves, we win the old man in us. We are breaking old habits. Every time we have achieved better results than before we beat ourselves. To win ourselves, we often have to face the fear of failure.

We compete with ourselves. Not with other people.
