The first Christmas party

This was the first Christmas party that we organised for orphans in a convent, not far away.  In the photo you see the Santa being given a warm welcome with confetti strewn all over him

Santa was our friend in his eighties.  He is no more sadly.  We had custom made hats.  It was a joy creating them. Kids from the neighbourhood were also invited along with their parents. The venue was Solitaire. 

The kids from the neighbourhood helped around and made the party an affair to remember.  The joy of seeing the kids opening their gifts was a sight for sore eyes
