The fern as a vegetable

The fern is commonly known as a decorative plant usually planted in pots that you find indoors. It is a sturdy plant that can stay inside for a week without sunlight hence it is very common to see the pot of fern in schools.

There is a wild fern that grows by the river side or streams that are usually stony or rocky. The ferns thrives with the water and is very clean since water in the wild is usually clean and not contaminated. The ferns are cut so that the roots can make it to grow again some fronds. Cooking is easy for it is a vegetable that can be mixed with other tropical vegetables like watercress or spinach.
