The duty free shops in the airport

Duty free means the goods being sold are tax free therefore the price are lower than in the regular stores. The Duty Free shops are usually in the airport with limitations on the quantity of purchases like only 1 bottle of liquor or 1 carton of cigarettes. But most of the Duty Free shops now are into jewelries, clothes and perfumes. Rich travelers have the fondness of shopping in Duty Free shops in the airport on the pretext of getting discounts on the prices.

We made a research on the chocolates and candies in the Duty Free shops. After noting down the prices in the Duty Free shops, we compared the same brand of chocolates in the regular supermarket in our country. And the result? It is surprising that the chocolates and candies in the supermarket are slightly cheaper than those in the Duty Free shops.
