I have noticed the elders here aging 75 and above. They have transferred to the bedroom in the ground floor. At first I was wondering until I got to know the reason that climbing the stairs may injure an old person. The feet and legs are not that strong anymore and the adeptness may also be absent already.
It makes me think that when I reach that age I probably have to move to the bedroom in the ground floor. But that is the bedroom of our housemaid. Maybe I will just cross the bridge when I get there.

Do you climb the stairs in the building?

Yes

No

only when going up the 2nd floor

That certainly does look like a long stairway to me. I have enough time climbing the stairs to my apartment with heavy loads because we have no elevator.
