Many talented, top-level graduates still accept salaries for large companies or foreign corporations. This shows that they are afraid of taking risks, they do not dare to be open, do not dare to engage in areas, things they are not good at.
The daily work of reading lights, rushing to study, has partly created in them the passive, staid, and afraid to collide and experience challenges.
In short, good study with excellent qualifications is a springboard for us to go far when out in society. However, to go further, fly higher and be more successful is thanks to the agility of the mind, the way people treat, communicate, their accumulated experience.
