Sorry but no trick-or-treat this year

One city in the metro had declared a ban on trick-or-treating especially for the kids. Take note that seniors and minors are not allowed to go out for they are quarantined at home. That means kids cannot go from house to house for the traditional Halloween trick-or-treating. Gee, that is so sad for the kids now.

I know it is just one city that declared a ban on Halloween activities but for sure other cities would follow suit. In a week or 2 all the cities and even suburban provinces will declare a ban. Sorry for this year, no occasions.
