Short trip to the country

The nearest rural place where we can go is a 3-hour travel. It has clean and cool air that sometimes we even spend the night. It is not a relative nor a friend but just a small forest resort that is overlooking the Taal volcano. It is very convenient with the cottages that we can rent. The only downside is the traffic when going back home.

The best part of the trip is in meeting relatives there. We just make a plan and travel all by ourselves and just meet there. For an overnight stay we have to bring our food although there is a facility for cooking. Just writing this piece makes me miss the place.
