These eye mask is big and a little bit on the heavy side. I like it for a while on my eye to relax but after a while it gets a little to much for me. But on the other hand my sister really likes it. She thought it was perfect and helps her relax at night.

The answer for the last one is maybe. I think I would find the heaviness comfortable.
