The markets are competitive. This makes many companies to offer various attractive means to consumers in order to attract customers. One of these is discounting. Discount stores proliferate both in the online world and brick-and-mortar businesses. In countries where discounting is not a practice, prices are bargained or negotiated, the seller usually quoting a high price and expecting the buyer to give him a quote for a lower price. This exchange goes back and forth until they agree on a price.
People who are price conscious usually go to stores where the prices are low. But is this always a wise decision? They spend their time looking for shops that are doing discounts or where they can bargain well.
This is the first of a two-part poll that deals with prices and discounting.

Thanks for participating. Many persons have the same sentiments as you do.
Do you think sellers of cheap goods are dishonest? Yes
This is a fact!
Haha. I don’t think all are. It depends on the ethics the seller is following.
Well I just remembered what my marketing teacher said before that all marketers are dishonest. Sometimes they lie too but I agree with what you said, “It depends on the ethics the seller is following.”
It pays to shop around and only buy from reputable vendors.
That’s true although shopping around takes more time.
Polls are so much fun, thanks for posting.
