Public transport to open soon

It is a pity that public transport will be having a hard time surviving when they are again allowed on the road. Buses are being said to have a 10% capacity only from the usual full load. That means they will only be earning a revenue of 10% if the fare remains without increase. And what about the other public utility like the taxicab? I guess they have to be creative on how they would go about the business.
