Pork barbecue is our emergency food

We usually buy raw barbecue on a stick that we keep in the fridge. It can last for more than a week there. When there is no food to speak of because I was busy and was not able to go to the market then the pork barbecue is our “goto” food.

The barbecue can be roasted on charcoal. But if it is raining what we do is to fry the pork. It is still barbecue in flavor although it is not barbecued anymore. Nevertheless the pork is still nice to eat.
