I made this pineapple cake today, I have this recipe for many years and this is one that I don’t change as it is so delicious that is impossible improve it. There are things that are good just the way they are and this is an excellent traditional recipe.
Tomorrow afternoon two friends will come to visit me and this cake with a tea will be perfect for our afternoon snack. I know they both love this cake as much I do.
