I have lost 7 lbs since I started my Keto diet 2 months ago. I know it isn’t a drastic change, but small progress is still progress, right? Anyway, it has always been my habit ever since to eat while watching a movie or TV series on Netflix. It makes me happy for a reason I don’t know why. And since I wanted to shed off more pounds, I have only been having one meal a day – late lunch and early dinner. And I’d have three cups of tea afterward. Then usually, I’d have my workout routine around 10 or 11 in the evening.

I eat normal food but skip dinner with snacks in the evening and a mug of hot milk with honey in the night
That’s nice. I’d like to have a cup of hot milk every night. However, I am lactose intolerant.
