I am proud to be a member of the Mule Deer Foundation. I am proud of they work they do to replenish the land, teach conversation and values to the youth and create habitat for mule deer. The lifetime membership was a pretty penny and I have never regretted spending the money. It is important to support the things you believe in. I want my grand-kids, grand-kids to hunt if that is choice they make.
Why do foundations exist? To keep the situation healthy for the hunter and the wildlife. It is heartbreaking to see a herd of deer die of starvation. It should never happen.
I don’t approve of shooting people, in general. I would use deadly force to protect my family and belongings. I donate money to educate people about what it means to be a responsible gun owner and why I will never part with mine.
A gun with no one to load it, point it and shoot it, is not anymore dangerous than a big stick.
