There are many tasty and fancy mocktail drinks. It is a great idea to give guests options. I will share some that I am fond of.
I do like Cranberry Raspberry Sparkle. It is simple to make and very pretty as well. I just use the cran-raspberry cocktail mix that you can buy at the market. I take raspberries and freeze them in little circle ice cubes. I put a “shot” Sprite free in for a little sparkle.
How about a Pomegranate mojito mocktail?
You will find that ice cubes make a wonderful accessory. Pick one of your favorites and add pomegranate seeds in with the water. This keeps the seeds in the drink and out of your teeth. Prepare your mint. Get a large batch of mint and wash it. It is easier to mix this in a pitcher and then pour into a glass. You need a fresh glass for every mojito. You want to take half of the mint leaves, tear them in half and 2 limes sliced and fold them in a clean kitchen towel. Run over them two of three times with a rolling pin to release all the flavors. Place pomegranate juice to a large pitcher. Add the items from the towel. Place the pitcher in the fridge until you are ready to serve single drinks.
Place a ice cube with seed in each glass. Fill from pitcher using a strainer. Garnish with lime slice and a fresh mint leaf.
