I no longer have to worry about the glass breaking. Those break very easily and become stained with the coffee over time. The first time I made coffee with this press I noticed the coffee temperature was much hotter. The 34 oz press makes about 3 to 4 cups depending on size of your cup . It has a nice shine and the stainless steel will continue to be attractive as time goes by. This press is gorgeous. This is a great coffee press. If you are used to French press coffee this is the model for you. It is dishwasher safe and very easy to maintain.
