Making a film in the pandemic era

In the news today is the planned reopening of some businesses like the internet shop and the drive-in movie. It is sad to think that there is no drive-in movie here so what are they talking about? Why not watch movie in the internet?

The movie industry is still down and almost out. Making a movie is not allowed yet and probably that would be the case until the end of the year. For the meantime we just have to be content with the rerun of the old movies.
