MEDITATION IS NOT A RELIGION-IT’S A PREPARATION
Upon waking in the morning, lie back arms stretched out at your sides, palms facing upwards. Listen to your breathing. Inhale slowly up to the count of 6. Exhale up to the count of 6. Keep repeating this. Become an observer of your own breathing, sort of like become “detached” or passive from your breathing. Plan your day with the omnipresent. “Your body is a temple wherein the spirit dwells.” Invite the spirit into your activities.
If you accomplished your objective, do the same every day.
