Only fresh bread goes well with whatever we eat it with and that would mean there will always be leftover bread.
We make good use of leftover bread. I shred the bread into large pieces and soak it in water for a minute or two. Squeeze out the bread and make balls. Deep fry the balls.
Prepare a dressing with curds to which sugar and salt is added. Chop a green chilli, and add it to the curds.
Soak the balls in this dressing. Sprinkle chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves.

I always make good use of all the bread. I usually soak it in milk and in eggs then bake it.
There are other ways to make use of leftover bread
When I was eating bread I rationally used the leftovers. Now I make bread from nuts in the form of flour and I’m not left.
