I have numbness in my feet which could be due to poor blood circulation or some nerve problem. For either causes foot massagers do help.
There are several foot massagers that are marketed. I found this the cheapest and hopefully convenient to use EMS stands for Electric Muscle Stimulation. That is exactly what I am looking for
It will be delivered to me next week and I am eagerly waiting to use it. Hopefully it will help me.

I suppose as one gets older circulation problems present themselves.
I have them since I was a child, but I guess it could get worse with age.
I think I need one at home, too.
