Improving health can be free!

Health does not need money. It is natural for people to cure themselves. There are some ways to improve your health without spending money.

Autophagy-All you have to do is fasting. Avoiding food leads to great results. You will be surprised! But you have to avoid food minimum 15 hours.

The walk is healthy. When you have spare time use it for a walk. Fresh air may be free if the place where you live is not polluted. Places with lots of trees have healthier air.

Exercise at home is very effective and free. You don’t have to pay the gym to be healthy. You can do exercises at home.

Melatonin- it’s very simple. Turn off the light in the evening and allow the melatonin to work. Walking in the evening is better than sitting in a lighted room.
