It is an advantage to have a lower roof when the house is only 1 story. A high roof can present problems when repairs are needed. Like right now, there is a need to repaint the roof as a means of preservation. It is just a simple ladder that is needed to use in climbing since our roof is very low compared to other houses.
Another advantage of a lower roof is the cheaper cost of material and also the cost of construction. Most houses have high roofing to give more space inside. But the downside of a lower roof is the lesser space inside the house that it may cause to be hot during summer. So what is your choice when it comes to the roof?
