It is now the rainy season here and our first salvo is a rainy weekend. What is good to eat during a rainy day? Nothing is better than hot soup. Our special soup made of macaroni pasta is really special because we only cook it during the Christmas season, usually for the Christmas eve celebration.
Our special soup has chicken meat and, chicken liver plus pork belly. They are all sliced to mix with the pasta and it is so nice to eat when done. The soup is cooked for 30 minutes but prepared for more than 1 hour.
