Herbal treatment for arthritis

When we moved to this hold house in the suburbs I have noticed a lot of weeds in the yard. Obviously the property was neglected by the owner and I was just willing to develop it. After cleaning the yard it looked great. But after a week the weeds were growing back since it was rainy season.

When my father came for a visit he pointed out to one weed. It is an herb, he said, that is good for arthritis. Boil the herb and drink the tea. Or maybe it can be eaten in a vegetable salad. Until now I have not tried it yet because I have no arthritis.
