One agriculturist taught me the trick of producing bigger fruits than the normal size. One example is the mango tree with about 500 small fruits. If you remove 100 fruits that are interfering with the growth of a cluster then the remaining 400 fruits will grow to be bigger mangoes. It has a logic that is easy to understand but not easy to follow. Why would I remove 20% of the small fruits on the tree when they can also grow to be matured mangoes?

You are lucky to have all those mangoes. I used to have four apple trees in my garden in Latvia.
