Harmful plants

Even a gardener would admit that there are plants that can be harmful to humans. The best example is the poison ivy which can irritate the skin and produce rashes. Some other wild plants can sting your skin with the thorns particularly the wild plants with particles that cling to the clothes. The itchy skin can sometimes be scarred from too much scratching.

There is one plant here called “welcome plant” that purportedly is poisonous. Anything that is poisonous should be avoided especially by children who has the tendency to play with the “fruits” that they think is edible. Another plant that has a poisonous fruit is called “tuba” which hss cases of death due to ingestion of the fruit. This story is proof that not all plants are our friends.
