One of my favorite activities during summer is the grilling of barbecue in the front yard. Especially barbecue on a stick, it is so handy that I can give the passersby a stick or 2 depending on the request. Passersby in this dead-end road are mostly our neighbors.
My usual barbecue is pork that we buy in the market. It is ready for grilling since it is already marinated and on the stick. We just light up the charcoal on the griller and that’s it. Happy eating to us.
