It used to be that a driving license for a beginner requires only the written and actual tests. But now there is an additional requirement for a beginner to attend a seminar for 2 weekends. It is all about the traffic rules and some fundamentals of driving.
I don’t know if that would help because most drivers here do not even know what yield means. They just operate their vehicle to run. Maybe that is a good move by the government so drivers will be educated somehow.

I got my driver’s license years ago. I no longer have a car and have not driven in a long time. Now I am much too nervous to even think about driving again.
