Funny Facebook posts get the most likes

I had read in one article that funny posts in Facebook gets the most number of attention whether comments or likes. I made an experiment on this by making a serious post on a current issue and on the next day I made a funny post. Guess what the numbers showed? That article was right because the funny post got more than a hundred likes while the serious post didn’t even get half of that number.

In that little experiment, I surmised that people like more  of the lighter side of life than the serious ones particularly the tragedy. Amid the false information and the fake news that hounded social media every day at least there is a silver lining that someday internet users will realize the value of positive posts.
