Fruit salad for dessert

When fruits are in season it is best to buy fresh fruits not only for dessert but also for snacks. As they say, natural is the best so eating fresh fruits like mangoes or bananas is surely for the health. But what if the fruits are not in season anymore?

It is rainy season here now that fruits are not much available. For the fruit lovers what is best is to make fruit salad. I understand that the canned fruit is not that healthy so we drain the juice to leave us only the fruit. That is healthier now.
