Snacks are usually food that is not heavy and filling to the stomach because it is meant to appease the budding hunger. The usual snack that is good are fruits which do not have a way of increasing the weight. Junk food like pizza or burger is quite heavy and you can miss the next meal if you indulge too much.
In the picture is the avocado that served as the snack. It is a fruit so it is not heavy. To make it more delicious milk and sugar were added after slicing the avocado. Now that is nice to eat when cooled in the fridge for 30 minutes.

I used to eat things that were not good for me as snacks. Now, in between meals I just drink something. I do not snack in between anymore and lost weight too. Fruits are Good snacks. I have not had pizza in a long time. I wanted to have it on special occasions, but, do not want to go where there are lots of people to get take out. I found individual ones at the store and will try those. I have gotten at a store that closed down and they were good. I hope these are too.
