Effective Complaining ~ Know what you want

If someone is complaining, it would be a good idea to have an end goal. There are missing pieces in a situation that need to be filled in, tweaked or fixed.  Companies and people want to please their customers or people they associate with. (well, most of them.)

So, put it on paper and think about what you really want. Let’s look at a practical example related to this site. I have noticed that many people would like more communication from the “staff or owners”. So the complaint is that we don’t get enough feedback or information.
