In the course of my job in computers, it was usual for me to skip meals when I was concentrated on the program codes. In a matter of months, I started feeling something wrong with my stomach. There would be air inside that I would be burping. One doctor said that I may have neglected the wishes of my stomach and that is to eat when I feel hungry. Maybe he was right so after taking the medication that he prescribed, I thought hard on what to do next.
Eat when hungry. But what to eat is the big question. There’s a list of prohibited food items like spicy food, salty dishes, coffee, soda and alcoholic drinks. There’s more but I don’t remember. Fortunately my hunch was right that if I eat moderately then I would survive pretty well. Eating when hungry, eating moderately, that is my motto now.
