It is not really outside the property but just outside in the yard that is the topic. Our dogs love it when they have the freedom to roam around the yard, in the front and in the side and down to the bakcyard. But we let them loose when there is one who can look after them. It is not a good idea to leave the dogs outside the house.
The issue in the yard is the potential contamination of ticks and fleas. There are times that ticks would attack our front yard. The pests are coming from the neighbor. In that case we do not let our dogs out the yard for a long time.
