Dhabas

Dhabas are wayside restaurants very simple with no decor but the food that one gets there is equivalent or better than what one gets in 5 star restaurants  In fact there are some 5 star restaurants that place orders with such Dhabas 

They are normally found along HIghways and travellers stop by.  We were traveling by car once and we stopped by a Dhaba. That Dhaba was only making chapatis but with countless varieties. I had only known of ordinary chapatis. We had to wait for a while as they started making them only after we arrived. We got to eat crisp and hot chapatis.  The stuffing was as we wanted it to be. 

This was a great memory
