I am not an extrovert like my partner in the picture who is natural when it comes to the stage. I have been saying that I would rather be in the audience than to suffer stress on the stage. But given the assignment to host a program in our company’s celebration day, I had no choice but to try to conquer my stage fright.
First is the theme of the program that I had to write down everything from the tiniest details. It included my humor in the ad lib. The most important is in rehearsing the hosting with my script in front of people. It is the family, of course, that would be my first audience. And on the day of the program, it was like performing in front of my family. No sweat, no more stage fright.

Never, I have stage freight. I don’t think I can stand in front of a crowd. LOL
I know it feels like- I still remember the feeling I had during my first seminar speech. My legs were trembling and I could barely see anyone in the audience.
