We had these flowers in our garden a few years ago. I went in search of these seeds online and finally managed to get a packet.
I was expecting full-grown plants with huge flowers of cockscomb but they turned out to be dwarf plants.I was a bit disappointed but happy that I got them finally. I collected some seeds but they did not come up again.
The local nurseries do not sell seasonal flower seeds which is quite frustrating. They say there is no demand. Youngsters these days are more into video games rather than planting flowers.

I love gardening but I don’t have a garden like yours unfortunately.
But you said you have a terrace garden and even that can give one a lot of satisfaction.
Maybe they can add the name of these flowers to the new ads
