Citrus fruits for vitamin C

I was in grade school when I learned that citrus fruits are a good source of vitamin C. We all know that vitamin C helps our body with sickness like colds or flu. Perhaps it can also be of help in preventing the infection of covid although I want to make it clear that there is no solid proof to that.

Anyway, citrus fruits are in season now that we usually buy oranges and pomelo for our consumption. We make the fruits our snack which is nice to munch on while watching tv. At least we enjoy the nutritious fruits.
