First snowfall for the year 2019 in the area of charter plain, district mansehra, kheber pakhtun kha, Pakistan.  Chatter plain is a beautiful area in the vellay of Konsh on the main road from Islamabad to China. This road is known as Shara e karakurm which is ended at Dara e khunjrab the border of China. At present it is only road using for trading between both countries i.e Pakistan and China.  The other big road which is know as CPEC (China Pakistan economic corridor) is under preparation. The major part of CPEC has been completed and soon this road will be under use for trading between the both countries.

Chater plain is a attractive place on the way. This area  is liking by the tourist usually. It is a snowfall area in winter season. Visiters also go there to enjoying the snowfall in the winter season.
