For 6 months now the buffet restaurants remain closed due to the government rules that it is not allowed to open because of the risk of spreading the infection. On the business side the management of buffet restaurants are now deciding to close the business so they will be spared of paying the rent to the place.
It is a pity that the buffet restaurants are the hardest hit. No revenue for 6 months but they have to pay for the overhead no matter how slight. That is very unfair.

I am sorry they are closing. I think most places during this virus should be take out and then people can just pick of the food and bring it home.
