Bangladesh captain Shakib ul Hasan banned for 2 years.

International Cricket Council (ICC) banned Bangladesh captain Shakib ul Hasan for 2 years. According to details, Shakib ul Hasan, the number one all-rounder, was subjected to match-fixing.  After which he has been suspended from international cricket. Shakib ul Hasan admitted the allegations and admitted his wrongdoing before the ICC Anti-Corruption Panel. He acknowledged his mistake, but regretted the ban. According to a statement issued by the ICC, Shakeeb-ul-Hasan did not report to the bookies’ offers many times. One of Shakeeb’s two-year ban will result in a one-year sentence suspended.

Shakib Al Hasan was offered match-fixing during January 2018 and the IPL. Shakib Al Hasan will return to international cricket from October 29, 2020.
