In this tropical country where banana grows in any farm, dessert in an ordinary home is usually ripe bananas. The main reason is the availability and the cheap price in the market. We are lucky with the banana since farms are everywhere in the outskirts of the metro so the bananas are fresh and affordable.
Potassium is the main vitamin of the banana which aids in the stamina and strength. So if you are a health buff who goes to the gym, eating 2 bananas will do you good. There is a variety of banana though that you should be aware of what kind of banana is good for you. But I guess any kind of banana is nutritious.
