Some friends who are artists are pooling their resources to have their own art gallery. They said that renting a space in the mall is expensive and they cannot afford. It is better if they would construct the art gallery in one of their homes so it will be free of rent.
My suggestion is not the interior but the exterior. Please have an ample parking area so customers can feel safe. Take note that customers or art works are usually the rich. Make the gallery a work of art in itself. Let us see what happens next.

The idea of an art gallery is a good one however having it on the outside would expose the artwork to the elements and that wouldn’t be good. Perhaps a renovated or remodeled garage would do well.
